Shipping costs
At checkout, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your destination. We keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Shipping region
So far ACT. only ships within Belgium.
Your ORDER will be shipped between 2 – 4 days after orderdate. After shipment, a parcel within Belgium takes 1 – 8 working days.
After shipment you will receive an email from the courier Bpost with a tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier’s platform and follow your order. Haven’t received your email? Check your spam folder.

Picking up your order in Antwerp?
It is certainly possible to pick up your order in Antwerp. Send us an email at hi@act-store.be when you want to come by and we’ll let you know when it suits best.
PAYMENT
We work together with MOLLIE for the processing of payments (www.mollie.com). In the Benelux & Europe they are one of the most used payment partners for webshops. In the checkout you can choose these options: Bancontact. Problems can always arise. No system is flawless. Do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution together.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You have the right to exchange or return your order within 14 calendar days. Just send us an email and tell us you want to exchange or return. The product must be in good condition, preferable in the original bag of box. The risks and shipping costs for returning are for you. Only in case of dammage or wrong item causes by us, we will pay the shipping cost. As soon as we’ve received your package in good condition, we take care of the refund. Send us an email with photos of the damage within 2 days of receipt. This way we can further help you. You’ll receive a compensation (product cost without shipping) or a new product.
It’s also possible to return your order physically in Antwerp. Send us an email at hi@act-store.be when you want to come by and we’ll let you know when it suits us best.
Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the buyer’s responsibility and may lead to additional costs. Unless otherwise indicated, our prices do not include transport and delivery of the goods to the buyer, these costs are stated separately.
