All orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding official holidays. There will be some cut-off times in summer (10 days in July, 10 days in august) and between Christmas & Newyear. Ask for updates by mail: hi@act-store.be

Is there a track & trace platform?
Bpost will send you an e-mail, so you can follow your parcel.
You have the right to exchange or return your order within 14 calendar days. Just send us an email and tell us you want to exchange or return. The product must be in good condition. The risks and shipping costs for returning are for the buyer. Only in case of dammage or wrong items causes by us, we will pay the return shipping cost. As soon as we’ve received your package in good condition, we take care of the refund. Send us an email with photos of the damage within 2 days of receipt. You’ll receive a compensation (product cost without shipping) or a new product. It’s also possible to return your order physically in Antwerp. Send us an email at hi@act-store.be when you want to come by and we’ll let you know when it suits best.
